We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are kept in top-notch condition, performing repairs and maintenance tasks as required, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally. The ideal candidate should be a team player, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems
• Identify and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential problems
• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and safely
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Respond to emergency calls for repairs as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or related field
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Experience with power tools and hand tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
