We dress in tweed, referencing the English country side, serving meals you only witnessed on Chef's Table, at the base on the Teton mountains. We are a tightly knit crew that takes pride in elevated service ( - Yes, Mr. Smith lets bring in our finest) and enjoy serving fine dining meals in a safari tent in an aspen meadow. We know our guests by name and by heart. And we know how they like their eggs in the morning.

At Blixt and Company we offer traditional driven pheasant and partridge shooting in the United States of America. It is our goal to bring a long-held English tradition to the majestic American West.

The hospitality team, including chef, lodge manager, and guest service specialists, will ensure that the guests are comfort- able and relaxed after a day in the field.
