We are looking for an entry-level Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of maintenance tasks and be eager to learn and grow in the role. The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting our Maintenance Team in performing a variety of tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. The successful candidate will be a team player, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with repairs and maintenance tasks as required
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
• Perform basic cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, including painting and minor repairs
• Operate power tools and hand tools under supervision
• Assist with the setup and takedown of equipment and furniture for events and meetings

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of maintenance tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
