We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team at Marrens. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accurate quantity and quality.
• Sort, label, and store received goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Retrieve and prepare items for outbound shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move and stack merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including shelving, aisles, and work areas.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and fulfill customer orders.
• Assist in occasional general maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in inventory records.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
